Benefits of Vaping
When you switch from cigarettes to the electronic cigarette (e-cig), there are so many benefits it’s unbelievable. Below are some of the benefits of vaping (using an e-cig), in no particular order, which I’ve experienced personally over the last almost four years.
You breathe better
If you’ve ever quit cigarettes before, you know that feeling where you can actually take a full, deep breath. Your lungs are healing from years of being coated with tar and other junk, and you can finally take full breaths. Although the e-cig hasn’t been proven to be totally safe, it’s definitely a healthier alternative to cigarettes. Any experienced vaper will tell you how much better he feels and breathes after making the switch. There’s no tar, and there are no known carcinogens.
You don’t smell like stale smoke
Even if you’re currently a smoker, you know you smell bad for a while after you have a cigarette. When you vape, you never smell that way. It’s a benefit for you and others. A while after making the switch, you’ll become especially sensitive to the stale smoke smell emanating from other smokers. It’s not a good smell on anyone.
Your car won’t smell like stale smoke
As soon as you step into a car, you know immediately whether or not the owner is smoker. Even smokers agree that their cars smell bad. However, it’s one of the preferred places to smoke cigarettes, so all smokers’ cars smell like that unless they decide never to smoke in their cars.
You save money
Instead of spending $7-$10+ dollars per day for a pack of smokes, you spend $5-$10 per week on e-liquid after the initial kit you purchase. I’ve saved many thousands of dollars by making the switch. It’s definitely noticeable.
You can vape indoors
No more going outside to have a smoke, unless you want to. Fellow northerners: winter is coming! You just take out your e-cig, have a few vapes, and enjoy the nicotine immediately, wherever you are. Right at the dinner table after you eat, in bed when you wake up, on the toilet, wherever. (Those are some of the best times to enjoy your nicotine 😉 )

You can enjoy many flavors
I know you like the taste of cigarettes right now. I used to as well. But when compared with all of the different flavors out there for e-liquids, cigarettes taste like warm garbage, and you’ll agree with me soon after making the switch yourself. For example, the vendor I use has Apple, Peach Lemonade, Blueberry Tart, Banana Nut Bread, Chocolate, in addition to different tobacco and menthol flavors. Those are just a few of their 30+ flavors.
You control the nicotine level
Instead of smoking a whole cigarette or two and being at its mercy regarding how much nicotine you ingest, you can: 1. Choose different nicotine levels in your actual e-liquid; 2. Just take one or two puffs whenever you feel like it; 3. If you wish, you can slowly lower the nicotine level of your e-liquid and wean yourself off completely – much easier to do with e-liquid nicotine content than the number of cigarettes you smoke.
